General Responsibilities
About the Role
The People Analytics Intern supports the Talent Management team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce data to drive informed HR decisions. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization in a fast-paced environment. The intern will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and Admin Department and the HR-Talent Management team to surface insights that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
