Job Description SAP HCM Technical Augment Resource Overview We are currently looking for an SAP HCM Technical Augment Resource to support ongoing initiatives, including the client's transition to a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidates with experience integrating SAP HCM with other systems, particularly payroll and timekeeping, are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities ● SAP HCM Integration ● Payroll ● Time Management / Timekeeping ● Technical support and enhancements related to SAP HCM Qualifications Must-have: ● Integration experience — specifically having led or supported a transition from a manual/non-digital process to a digitalized platform, ideally within payroll. ● SAP experience, specifically in the HCM (Human Capital Management) module. ● 3–5 years of relevant experience (mid-level). Nice-to-have: ● Payroll or functional HCM experience. ● Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday (preferred), Darwinbox, Taleo, or SuccessFactors — or equivalent experience integrating payroll/timekeeping systems. Work Details Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Arrangement: Hybrid. 4x onsite / 1x work-from-home per week (specific WFH day depends on the Business Unit) Location: Bagumbayan, Quezon City Overtime: Hours beyond the standard schedule are considered overtime; average workload is approximately 45 hours/week Contract duration: 6 months and subject for extension
