People Business Partner
Multi-site Healthcare Organisation | £45,000 to £55,000 per annum

A growing healthcare organisation is looking for an experienced People Business Partner to support services and central functions across the business.
This is a practical, operational role for someone who can strengthen workforce governance, coach managers and improve the colleague experience. You will work closely with senior leaders, helping to create consistent people practices, stronger leadership capability and a culture where colleagues feel respected, supported and accountable.

The role.
You will provide trusted HR support across a multi-site organisation, ensuring people processes are fair, robust and aligned with employment law, organisational policy and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

About you.

You will be an experienced People or HR professional with a strong understanding of employee relations, employment law and operational HR practice.
You will need:
  • Experience as a People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Advisor or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience supporting managers in a multi-site or operational environment.
  • Experience of safer recruitment, workforce governance and HR compliance.
