About the Role
Metcor Group is looking for an experienced People Business Partner to provide practical, commercially focused HR support across our growing divisions. Working closely with managers and senior leaders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, policy and people projects.
This is a hands-on, operationally embedded role suited to someone who enjoys balancing strategic people priorities with day-to-day HR delivery in a fast-paced, trade and technical environment, including supporting the people side of the Group’s continued growth and acquisitions.

Essential Experience & Skills
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, or working towards Level 7
