Your role, your impact
Reporting to the Head of Partnering, you will influence people outcomes across Media & Trading while helping leaders navigate complex workforce environments.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
Provide expert advice on awards, legislation and employee relations
Coach leaders through complex people matters and decisions
Support workforce change initiatives with practical people solutions
Translate business priorities into actionable people plans
Strengthen compliance while enabling strong commercial outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
You are commercially minded, collaborative and ready to expand your influence across a complex portfolio.
Experienced in employee and industrial relations advisory
Strong capability interpreting awards and employment legislation
Proven ability influencing leaders in complex environments
Experienced supporting workforce change and consultation processes
Ability to balance compliance, risk and commercial outcomes
Strong stakeholder relationships and solution-focused mindset
