Job Description:

The People Experience Specialist supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of employee experience programs and initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, belonging, and connection across RaceTrac, Inc.'s employee populations. This role partners with Human Resources teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful experiences during key moments that matter, helping team members feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.

The Specialist coordinates employee listening efforts, recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and employee events while using feedback and data insights to enhance the overall team member experience.

What You'll Do:

Employee Experience Programs 

  • Support implementation and continuous enhancement of employee experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle. 

  • Coordinate programs that strengthen engagement, retention, belonging, and culture. 

  • Help deliver key moments that matter, including onboarding, recognition, career milestones, leadership engagement, and celebrations. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through process, program, and service enhancements. 

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand needs and implement solutions.

  • Maintain documentation, communications, and program resources. 

Collaboration & Partnership 

  • Build effective relationships across HR, Operations, Communications, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and business functions. 

  • Serve as a resource on employee experience practices, methodologies, and emerging trends. 

  • Promote consistent experiences while balancing unique business and workforce needs. 

  • Support program adoption, participation, and awareness.
