What you'll do
- Be a welcoming, approachable, and reliable guide for team members through the different stages of their lifecycle at AMBOSS, offering proactive and thoughtful support that enhances the employee experience.
- Together with the team, co-own our employee support channels via Zendesk, resolving queries with empathy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Prepare and manage essential documents such as contracts, amendments, side letters, certificates, and reference letters.
- Support the smooth running of our international payroll processes, collaborating closely with the Finance team and external partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain impeccable data integrity in our HRIS, keeping employee records accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Lead and contribute to People Operations initiatives: from streamlining workflows to launching process improvements, ensuring every project helps us scale smarter.
- Leverage and incorporate AI and automation tools into People Ops workflows to help us work more efficiently.
- Actively contribute to strategic projects on our People Roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Managers on key initiatives and cross-departmental projects.
