What you'll do
- Employee support & documentation: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries and own HR-related documentation, including Arbeitsbescheinigungen, EZB, Zeugnisse, and other employee documents.
- Benefits & HR administration: Handle employee questions around benefits and support the day-to-day administration of benefits and other HR processes.
- Employment contracts: Take ownership of employment contract processes, including preparing new contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Payroll: Support and gradually take ownership of payroll-related processes and data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution.
- Time & employee administration: Support time tracking and other day-to-day employee administration, keeping employee data and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Keep employee data accurate and up to date: Maintain personnel master data and documentation with a high level of precision and confidentiality.
- Take on different responsibilities: Get involved across HR Operations and take ownership of new topics as they arise, constantly getting involved in different areas, figuring things out, and getting things done.
- Learn and grow: Build experience across the employee lifecycle and take on increasing responsibility as you develop.
