Role Overview
Skybound Wealth Management is an international IFA firm serving expatriates across the UK, UAE/GCC, Portugal, Spain, Australia and other markets. Our Performance Marketing team runs paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for our advisory business.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate to join a growing team and support the day to day planning, execution, reporting and analysis of paid campaigns across our core platforms.
This is a hands on, execution focused role suited to someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to build deep, practical expertise across paid platforms, reporting and campaign optimisation, with clear growth into a more senior campaign ownership role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
Assist in planning and setting up paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
Build and launch ad sets, audiences, creatives and campaign structures as briefed by the team lead.
Support day to day campaign management, including budget pacing, bid adjustments and pausing/scaling ad sets.
Coordinate with design and content resources to get creatives and copy ready for launch.
Keep campaign naming, UTM tagging and account structure consistent and organised.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare regular performance reports across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) covering spend, leads, CPL, CTR and other key metrics.
Track daily and weekly lead and appointment numbers and flag performance issues early.
Support the team lead with campaign level analysis to identify what is and isn't working.
Maintain reporting sheets and dashboards accurately and on schedule.
Pull data from ad platforms and the CRM to support reporting and optimisation decisions.
Platform & Tools
Work across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager on a daily basis.
Develop a working understanding of conversion tracking basics (pixels, conversion events, lead forms).
Support testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures under the team lead's guidance.
Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats and best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Media or a related discipline.
0 to 2 years of experience in performance or digital marketing; internship or hands on project experience with paid ads is acceptable.
A working understanding of paid advertising concepts, including campaigns, ad sets/groups, targeting, bidding and budgets.
Exposure to at least one major ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager) preferred.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking.
Prior exposure to the BFSI, wealth management or financial services space is a plus, but not required.
Skills & Attributes
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data.
Detail oriented, with good campaign hygiene and organisation.
Willingness to learn platforms and processes quickly.
Clear written communication for reporting and internal updates.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
A proactive, ownership driven attitude.
