What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end Verification & Validation activities for medical device software and system solutions.
  • Define risk-based verification strategies and ensure alignment with product requirements, quality objectives, and regulatory expectations.
  • Own the verification approach for Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, reliability, availability, resilience, recoverability, security, and interoperability.
  • Design and execute performance qualification activities including load, stress, endurance, scalability, failover, recovery, and capacity testing.
  • Develop and maintain performance test scripts, automation frameworks, workload simulators, and reliability test harnesses.
  • Analyze system bottlenecks and performance issues across applications, databases, cloud infrastructure, networking, and distributed system components.
  • Lead reliability and resilience validation through fault injection, network impairment, failover, and recovery testing.
  • Drive automation-first testing practices and integrate verification into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor verification engineers and establish best practices for verification, automation, and quality engineering.
  • Collaborate with Software, Systems, Architecture, Quality, and Regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA, and MDR regulatory requirements.

V&V Lead – Performance & Reliability Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Lead to drive quality and compliance for software-intensive medical device products and connected healthcare solutions.
