Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and help scale our dynamic brand together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Track key KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and prepare performance reports.
• Research and identify new trends, platforms, and strategies to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Advertising. Freshers with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media channels.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management, budget optimization, and performance tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Data Analytics is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
• Self-motivated with a passion for digital marketing and growth hacking.
• Candidates from Ahmedabad are preferred.
