Requirements

About the Role:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll own end-to-end paid acquisition and play a key role in driving user growth across Lokal's product ecosystem. You'll be responsible for scaling campaigns, improving marketing efficiency, and identifying new growth opportunities through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Working closely with Product, Business, Sales, and Design teams, you'll optimize the entire acquisition funnel—from ad creatives to landing pages—to maximize growth while maintaining strong unit economics.

What You'll Do

• Own lead generation and user acquisition targets for Lokal Jobs.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition platforms.
• Identify, experiment with, and scale new customer acquisition channels.
• Continuously optimize ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates through rigorous testing.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer cohorts, and funnel metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
• Design and execute A/B tests for creatives, audiences, landing pages, messaging, and bidding strategies.
• Partner with Product teams to recommend improvements based on user behavior, lead quality, and campaign insights.
• Build dashboards and performance reports that translate marketing data into actionable business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to improve lead quality and end-to-end conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth channels.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, analytics, and marketing funnels.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment with a strong ownership mindset.
