Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist will own paid and organic growth across channels — developing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, and driving SEO to grow organic visibility and traffic. The ideal candidate is data-driven and results-oriented, comfortable across both paid media and search, and experienced managing campaigns that target US audiences.Key Responsibilities
Paid Media (PPC)- Develop and manage PPC strategies aligned with client goals and US market trends.
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Forecast leads within a given ad budget to set clear expectations.
- Track and manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and conversion objectives are met.
- Develop and execute SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content-driven — to grow organic visibility and traffic.
- Conduct keyword research spanning paid and organic, and align content and landing pages to search intent.
- Monitor rankings, organic performance, and technical health, and prioritize fixes and opportunities.
- Coordinate paid and organic efforts so the two channels reinforce, rather than compete with, each other.
- Set up trackers and measurement metrics to monitor paid and organic performance.
- Conduct regular performance analysis and audience-targeting refinement across channels.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with account managers and design/content teams on high-performing creatives, content, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with US digital marketing trends, platform and algorithm updates, and compliance standards.
What You Bring
Must-Have- 3+ years in performance marketing for the US market (healthcare), spanning paid media and SEO.
- Hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of optimizing ad spend and achieving measurable ROI.
- Hands-on SEO experience — on-page, technical, and content-driven — with demonstrable organic growth.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data visualization (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Google Ads certification; SEO certification a plus.
