  • Strong analytical and consultative skills, with the ability to translate talent data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate complex discussions and drive enterprise change.

About the role:

As a Performance & Succession, Senior Lead, you will design, execute and continuously improve enterprise performance management and succession practices that strengthen accountability, leadership effectiveness and organizational capability. You will build scalable processes that connect individual and business performance to strategic priorities while promoting a culture of results, growth and development. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will advance talent strategies that support long-term business success.
