At PGIM, You Can!

As Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement, you’ll play a key role in running and improving how Talent Acquisition operates day-to-day. You’ll help ensure our tools, processes, and standards work seamlessly together, enabling recruiters to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.

This is a hands-on role at the center of TA, partnering across People Services & Solutions, People Technology, People and Experience team, and external vendors to optimize performance today while helping the team adopt new capabilities.

What You’ll Do

·       Run and continuously improve TA processes
Execute and optimize the end-to-end recruiting process to ensure efficiency, consistency, and a high-quality experience. Define, monitor, and improve service level agreements (SLAs), identify gaps, and implement practical solutions that strengthen delivery across recruiters, tools, and partners.

·       Manage and optimize recruiting technology & knowledge resources
Oversee day-to-day performance of the TA technology ecosystem (ATS, assessments, AI-enabled tools). Partner with People Services & Solutions, People Technology and vendors on enhancements, integrations, and adoption. Maintain TA knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint) as a system of record for tools, processes, and guidance.

·       Enable consistent, high-quality hiring practices
Support and reinforce recruiting standards, including structured interviewing, candidate management, and selection practices. Ensure recruiters have clear tools, frameworks, and guidance to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

·       Support evolving capabilities (AI, assessments & candidate integrity)
Help operationalize AI-enabled recruiting tools, support the evolution of assessment approaches, and practices that promote fairness, quality, and candidate integrity, including fraud mitigation. Monitor emerging risks and contribute to continuous improvement.

·       Deliver insights and improve performance
Produce and analyse TA reporting across operational performance, pipeline health, service delivery, and technology usage. Oversee hiring manager, candidate, and onboarding surveys, ensuring feedback is captured, analysed, and translated into actionable improvements.

·       Support enablement and key TA programs
Contribute to recruiter onboarding, training, and ongoing upskilling efforts, including programs such as recruiter bootcamps. Support key initiatives such as the employee referral program and Flex Teams management to strengthen overall TA delivery.

·       Coordinate agency and vendor governance
Support agency and vendor processes, including contracts, usage standards, and compliance. Partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure alignment with policy and monitor partner performance as part of the overall TA operating model.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience or familiarity with Talent Acquisition operations, recruiting enablement, or TA technology in a complex organization
  • Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, tools, and service delivery (e.g., ATS/CRM, interview processes, pipeline management)
  • Experience working with multiple systems or vendors and supporting adoption of tools or process improvements
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities to improve performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work across teams and build effective partnerships with recruiters, People and Experience team, and support functions
  • Clear, practical communicator who can translate process and data into actionable guidance

What will set you apart?

  • Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools or automation
  • Familiarity with structured interviewing or assessment approaches
