Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver innovative Physics lessons that captivate and challenge secondary pupils. * Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development. * Cultivate an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all pupils feel empowered to explore complex scientific concepts. * Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practice within the Science department. * Contribute proactively to departmental initiatives and extracurricular activities that promote scientific engagement. * Utilise a range of modern pedagogical approaches to maximise learning outcomes and cater to diverse learning styles.
