What you'll do

  • Trouble shoot, repair, maintain and installation of electrical/electronic systems on our packaging machinery
  • Knowledge of Allen Bradley / Omron / Direct Logic PLC’s and integrated Window software to analyze systems
  • Follow all local, state and federal electrical codes
  • Documenting problems and maintenance of equipment and facility systems
  • Install, maintain, new and existing electrical wiring within the facility. Ability to build, program, and troubleshoot PCL and / or Servo motors
  • Working knowledge of test equipment and diagnostic instruments for automation and power systems.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting, test and repair techniques
  • Computer literacy. Working knowledge of all software packages relevant to successful performance of tasks
  • Knowledge and practice of safety precautions related to working with automation and power systems
  • Repair circuits, replace contactors and switches, wiring new electrical panels
  • Troubleshooting and repair high frequency drives
  • Rebuilding, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing AC and DC electrical motors, circuits, controllers, electronic devices

Job Description:

Typical Duties:
 
1.    Trouble shoot, repair, maintain and installation of electrical/electronic systems on our packaging machinery
2.    Knowledge of Allen Bradley / Omron / Direct Logic PLC’s and integrated Window software to analyze systems

19.     Must be available to work any shift 
20.      Production line programing 
21.     Understands SQF and SQF responsibilities as assigned
22.    Maintain quality standards as prescribed by Management.
23.    Do other work as assigned by supervision.  May be required to work in other departments and on related jobs.
