About this role

Plumbing Duties

  • Install commercial and industrial plumbing systems including:
    • Domestic hot and cold water services
    • Above-ground drainage systems
    • Sanitary ware and associated pipework
    • Rainwater systems
    • Heating systems and plant room installations
  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
  • Carry out pressure testing and commissioning activities
  • Ensure installations comply with Irish Building Regulations and project specifications ·      
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and coordinated drawings
  • ·       Good understanding of Irish mechanical services standards and regulations
  • ·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ·       Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • ·       Strong work ethic and reliability
  • ·       Good communication and teamwork skills
  • ·       Problem-solving ability on site
  • ·       Flexible and adaptable approach to work requirements

Requirements

  • Qualified Plumber and/or Pipefitter trade certification
  • Proven experience on commercial and industrial mechanical projects
  • Welding experience including TIG and ARC welding
  • Safe Pass Card
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Coded welding certification (desirable)
  • IPAF / MEWP certification (desirable)
  • Confined Space training (desirable)
  • Abrasive Wheels certification (desirable)
  • Full clean driving licence (desirable)
  • Experience working on pharmaceutical, healthcare, data centre, industrial, or large commercial projects
  • Experience maintaining high-quality workmanship standards on live construction projects
