- Develop and embed PMO governance, processes and ways of working
- Improve project reporting, controls, methodologies and templates
- Own change and integration activity
- Provide guidance and coaching to project and programme teams
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks & issues and report to senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across the project and change environment
- Drive the adoption of new PPM tools across the project & programme teams

Sheffield / Hybrid | £55,000 - £67,500 + Benefits | 12-Month FTC
We're working with a growing professional services organisation going through significant growth and acquisition activity, and they're looking for a PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change to help develop and mature the PMO function.
This is a hands-on role for a PMO Manager who enjoys building, improving and influencing, with continuous improvement mindset, and a focus on strengthening governance and delivery.
