General Information:

Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program starting in January of 2027. As a Power+ Graduate, you will be a part of a full-time, 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to explore different business units and locations. As a Power+ Graduate, you will rotate every 6 months in a least 2 different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations and must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in the United States with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program.

 

The U.S. Power+ Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training, industry site experience, and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates will have to demonstrate personal leadership, teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a high level of initiative, self-confidence, and curiosity to learn.

Your Responsibilities:

  • 18-month accelerated career journey
  • Full-time, paid, permanent role

Your Background:

  • STEM background preferred, but not required
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
  • Be a recent university graduate (within past 2 years)
  • Be willing to relocate for 3 rotations across the U.S.
  • Good communication skills – oral and written
  • Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
  • Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
