Your Responsibilities
- Mitarbeit in Change Projekten und Change Prozessen in der Produktion, Instandhaltung und Automatisierung.
- Gestaltung und Implementierung von Organisationsmodellen, Prozessen, Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Qualifizierungsprofilen
- Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Medienkampagnen zur Unterstützung von Change Prozessen
- Analyse von organisatorischen Reifegraden, Change-Resistenz-Ursachen und kulturellen Faktoren
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops mit Entwicklern und Verantwortlichen
- Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration, Mitarbeiterführung und Kompetenzentwicklung
Your Profile
- Ein auf Change Management ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium z.B. Arbeitspsychologie, Kognitionswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, etc.
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Change Management Methoden und im Medieneinsatz in der Kommunikation
- kommunikationssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagierte Mitarbeit im Team und das Interesse an einer selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Tätigkeit
- Bereitschaft, die Zusammenarbeit in Form einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit und/oder einer Bachelor-/Masterarbeit, weiterzuführen
