Job Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of pricing on a regular basis and working with corporate and sales for forecasting with inventory and purchasing. The most successful candidate will be able to rely on basic instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Specific Duties:

  • Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.

  • Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined,

  • Perform general administrative tasks to include: Daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.

  • Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

  • Prior sales or industry experience preferred
