What you'll do
- Develop mechanisms to measure success and adoption of the initiatives within the business.
- Lead change management with stakeholders on business operations processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop deep knowledge of business operations tools used on a regular basis including applications such as Asana, Permissions, WorkDocs, Wiki, and Quip.
- Maintain and deliver a cadence of cross-customer meetings, weekly, monthly, quarter business reviews, dashboards and status reports for cross-team coordination and executive update.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the senior management team in regular business reviews
- Engage with product, TPM, and development teams to correct process gaps

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline
- 7+ years of HR specialist, HR generalist (e.g., HR Business Partner or HR Partner), HR manager, or HR program roles experience

You'll set the vision for TA Tech's operating model, owning Rhythm of the Business, driving strategic special projects, and influencing org-wide priorities. This role requires navigating significant ambiguity, making high judgment calls on competing priorities, and presenting directly to senior leadership. You'll be the connective tissue between product, engineering, and PXT leadership, turning strategy into execution cadences that drive organizational impact.
Key job responsibilities
• Define and own TA Tech's operating model and Rhythm of the Business: goal setting, MBR/QBR cadences, and executive reporting
• Set the strategy for how the org tracks progress, measures impact, and makes decisions at scale
• Lead org-wide change management, building consensus across product, TPM, and engineering stakeholders
• Own inputs into OP1/OP2 and prepare strategic narratives for senior leadership
• Identify and remove bottlenecks across the org, creating scalable mechanisms and force multiplying across teams
• Drive cross-org special projects from ambiguous problem statement to structured execution
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR or business function experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education in a relevant field such as Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management or Development, business, or similar related discipline

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
