What you'll do
- Improve product performance and provide technical solution for engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals;
- Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, to implement engineering qualification & project as required;
- Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance;
- Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability;

- Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment, or operations, with a willingness to learn on the job.
- Able to follow technical instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
