The Role

As a Procurement Graduate, you will join our Procurement team and gain experience across the procurement and supply chain lifecycle.

You will support the sourcing of materials and services for major M&E projects while developing your understanding of supplier management, purchasing, cost analysis, logistics and commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement of materials, equipment and services.
  • Assist with supplier sourcing and evaluation.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of supplier quotations.
  • Assist with purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Maintain supplier and procurement records.
  • Support cost analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with supplier communication and relationship management.
  • Support delivery tracking and coordination with project teams.
  • Work closely with commercial, estimating and project teams.

Requirements

  • Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Interest in procurement and supply chain.
  • Positive and proactive approach.
