What you'll do

  • Analyze, optimize, and standardize end-to-end procurement processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new processes, standards, and digital solutions across the purchasing organization.
  • Coordinate improvement initiatives and contribute to project activities focused on process excellence and digital transformation.
  • Act as a Key User and first-level support contact for procurement applications such as SAP, Coupa, and other purchasing tools.
  • Collaborate with Process Experts and IT teams to define system requirements, support testing activities, and resolve system-related issues.
  • Ensure master data quality and consistency through regular monitoring and data validation activities.
  • Develop KPIs, reports, and analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions within procurement processes.
  • Maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials while supporting knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, and IT teams in an international environment.

Job Description
