Are you a Product Delivery Analyst who has a passion for turning operational challenges into product improvements? At Pharmacierge you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where technology directly shapes the experience of patients, clinicians and internal teams. The Role 
We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Product Delivery Analyst to join our technical team. This is a hybrid role with a primary focus on product delivery, supporting the execution of our software roadmap and working closely with customers, internal stakeholders and developers to shape the future of healthcare technology. 

You’ll help coordinate the development and rollout of features across multiple bespoke systems, including prescribing software, pharmacy management tools, patient-facing applications, and APIs. Whilst your primary focus will be on product delivery, you’ll also provide support across software testing and infrastructure when needed. 

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with ad hoc weekend working required (days in lieu given for weekend working)

Key Responsibilities 

Product & Project Delivery 

  • Support the Head of Product in delivering the product roadmap across multiple bespoke platforms 
  • Take ownership of defined product initiatives from discovery through delivery, rollout and post-launch review 
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely delivery

Stakeholder Liaison 

  • Understand the needs, challenges and opportunities identified by users of Pharmacierge’s bespoke software solutions, translating them into prioritised product requirements and user stories 
  • Collaborate closely with developers and delivery partners to clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives 
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication across teams 

Secondary Responsibilities 

  • Assist in testing new software releases 
  • Investigate and diagnose software issues 
  • Help ensure software updates meet user expectations and operational standards 

Requirements

Essential Requirements:  

  • A passion for product delivery and the drive and determination to solve end-user pain points
