  • Oversee collection prototype logs and maintain organized samples storage
  • Manage product disposition to ensure storage space is used effectively

Product Development Coordinator                                        

Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada / Lake City Way Warehouse, Burnaby, BC Canada
Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST; 
This is a 32-hour-per-week position, with employees working four days per week during the company's core operating hours.

Onsite Role: This position is required to be onsite 4 days a week

Role Summary

The Product Development Coordinator - Formulations is responsible for supporting projects involving the planning, development, and testing of cosmetic and OTC formulas.  This role is based out of the Broadway office and works at the Burnaby (Lake City Way) warehouse with lab facility at least once per week.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or other relevant applied science disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience within a R&D / Product Development capacity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
