- Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members.

You will work on the core product that helps our customers reduce production costs, improve quality, and unlock the potential of their teams on the shop floor.
👉 We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer (m|f|d) to join us in Frankfurt (Germany) or Cluj (Romania), ready to develop across the entire tech stack and driven to build sustainable, customer-focused solutions. You will become a key member of a cross-functional product team, deeply involved in shaping our software. Your role spans from technical design and implementation to actively participating in product discovery, ensuring that our solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with user needs.
