Product Manager (6327)

 

itD is seeking a Product Manager to drive critical work streams supporting sales acceleration and operational excellence across product, operations, and partner teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in product or program management, cross-functional initiative ownership, and business documentation, with a track record of translating complex objectives into actionable outcomes.

Location: Hybrid – San Jose, CA office

Pay Rate: $47.60 - $48.60 (hourly)

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional work streams from planning through completion with minimal oversight.

• Develop project plans that translate defined business objectives and issues into actionable deliverables and measurable outcomes.

• Coordinate high-priority initiatives across product, commerce operations, and external partner teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.

• Create clear, accurate, and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

• Review and validate AI-assisted documentation and content to ensure accuracy, appropriate terminology, technical relevance, and functional alignment.

• Analyze project objectives and business requirements to identify downstream impacts, resolve blockers, and proactively address unassigned work.

• Collaborate across product, operations, and partner stakeholders to ensure deliverables are operationally sound and aligned with strategic priorities.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).

• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).

• Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in product management, program management, or independently owning complex cross-functional initiatives.

• Deep experience with enterprise product structures, commerce operations, and business processes.

• Proven experience independently managing initiatives from planning through execution and completion.

• Demonstrated experience creating accurate, clear, and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including development of executive-level presentations.

• Proficiency in Excel for data processing and analysis.

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and results.

• Proven experience reviewing, humanizing, and validating AI-generated content for technical accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working at the intersection of Product Management and Commerce Operations.

• Experience supporting partner, distributor, or broader partner-ecosystem initiatives.

• Experience contributing to sales acceleration or similar business-growth initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments and proactively resolve execution blockers.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
