  • Develop, document, and maintain standardized GenAI tools and frameworks and workflows, ensuring consistency across teams.

  • Regularly analyze program performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and ethical guidelines for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with licensing restrictions and intellectual property protections.
  • Develop and execute enablement programs and resources to increase GenAI literacy and effective adoption across product and engineering teams.

  • 1 year of experience with designing and implementing LLM infrastructure and platform capabilities, including model orchestration, prompt routing, embeddings, caching, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, including LangChain and LlamaIndex;
  • 1 year of experience with applying statistical and experimental design principles to evaluate product hypothesis, interpret test results, and inform data-driven decision-making;
  • 1 year of experience with using continuous discovery practices and visual frameworks, including Opportunity Solution Trees (OST), to guide product experimentation and feature prioritization;
  • 1 year of experience with applying prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques to optimize generative model performance and alignment with organization-specific use cases; and
  • 1 year of experience with using Amplitude, AWS Bedrock, FlowGPT, Git, Go, Google Cloud, Gradio, Hugging Face, Jira, LangGraph, LangSmith, Mode, Pinecone, PromptLayer, Python, SQL, Statsig, Streamlit, Vertex AI, and Weaviate.

About the Role:

Under the supervision of the VP, Engineering, the Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of AI-assisted product development tooling and experimentation frameworks aligned with company innovation and velocity goals. Telecommuting available up to 3 days per week within the Seattle Metropolitan area, based on manager approval.

You Will:

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $134,160.00 - $155,000.00 per year. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
