Guided by our values, we focus on solutions that serve our customers, support our associates, and strengthen our communities. Since 1940, we’ve remained committed to creating better textiles—delivered seamlessly by experts who care.

The Product Manager supports product strategy and execution for Hospitality, leading day-to-day product development, lifecycle management, custom and stock product initiatives, and go-to-market readiness. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, and Quality, this role translates segment priorities into executable product actions and serves as project lead for product development initiatives from initial requirements through commercialization.

The Product Manager also develops strong technical product expertise — supporting specifications, sample evaluation, and product documentation — and serves as an additional technical design resource when needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute segment product roadmap priorities, lead product updates, enhancements, and lifecycle changes, and coordinate development activities with R&D, Sourcing, and Quality to ensure feasibility (MOQ, margin, supply chain, and technical requirements).
  • Manage custom, non-stock, and new product development requests, leading assigned projects from intake through commercialization — project plans, timelines, risks, and cross-functional follow-up.
  • Coordinate sampling, testing, specifications, and costing approvals across R&D, Sourcing, and Quality; review samples for alignment to requirements and proactively resolve development risks and delays.
  • Serve as an additional technical design resource as needed, including sample reviews, Tech Pack contributions, and troubleshooting technical product issues with R&D, Technical Design, Quality, and suppliers.
  • Develop deep technical product knowledge — materials, construction, specifications, and manufacturing — and serve as a product resource for Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Customer Experience.
  • Support product lifecycle and portfolio management, including SKU rationalization, performance monitoring, and lifecycle or substitution recommendations based on data.
  •  Manage stock development per the stock development calendar, support the Textile Operations inbox, conduct competitive and segment research, and provide project management support by tracking timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing key deliverables, and ensuring projects remain on schedule.

Qualifications include:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development, or technical/textile product roles; Tech Pack or specification experience preferred.
  • Certifications: No specific certifications required; PMP or similar project management certification a plus.
  • Hard Skills: Strong project management skills; working knowledge of technical specifications, Tech Pack development, and PLM/PIM systems; proficient in Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
  • Physical Requirements: Standard office-based physical demands; may include occasional handling of product samples.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced, cross-functional environment supporting assigned segment product execution; regular collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, R&D, and Quality.
