As Product Manager for the Customer Support API Platform, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the APIs and integration capabilities that connect customer support experiences, applications, partners, and AI-powered services worldwide.

You will work across business, engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reusable platform capabilities that accelerate innovation, simplify integration, and improve customer outcomes. This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape a critical enterprise platform at global scale.

What You'll Do
