You’ll help define and grow CBA’s flagship Complete Home Loan proposition (Standard Variable Rate and Fixed Rate loans), and will be responsible for shaping product strategy, designing compelling features and benefits, and delivering innovative solutions that strengthen customer value, drive portfolio growth and differentiate CBA in a highly competitive market

The Complete Home Loans squad is responsible for the evolution of CBA’s premium home lending proposition. The squad identifies and delivers product features, pricing constructs, benefits and customer experiences that attract and retain homeowners with more sophisticated and flexible borrowing needs.
You’ll join a highly collaborative team of product managers, engineers, designers, analysts and business stakeholders responsible for continuously improving customer and business outcomes across the home lending ecosystem.
In This Role You Will
