What you'll do
- Lead one or more of our Electric Vehicle products and partnerships
- Deliver EV solutions that ensure the retention of customers as they transition their fleets to EV
- Seek to understand WEX’s corporate strategy, the competitive environment and market trends and how our products can create value
- Deeply understand our customers’ needs through customer empathy interviews and data analysis
- Leverage data to understand how the product is performing and prioritize work
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions, define experiments and prioritize roadmap

- An end-to-end view of the product lifecycle, including discovery, hypothesis-driven development, first use and support
- Deep customer centricity, with a passion for understanding customer problems and rapidly experimenting to solve them
- Strong problem-solving and analytical orientation with the ability to identify root cause of issues, rapidly test, develop recommendations, and influence others
- Strong financial acumen and experience with business model innovation, ensuring we are building products that will deliver commercial value
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to inspire teams around a vision and influence key stakeholders
- Passion about electrification and helping fleets and customers adopt new technologies
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EV charging ecosystem and industry standards like OCPP and OCPI
- Experience integrating IoT or payment solutions within this ecosystem and with these standards

With electric vehicles (EVs) expected to be at least 10% of new commercial vehicles sales globally by 2030, commercial fleets are embracing mixed combustion and electric fleets. You will lead one or more of our Electric Vehicle products and partnerships, with a specific focus on delivering EV solutions that ensure the retention of customers as they transition their fleets to EV.

- Highly competitive salary £67,000 - £79,000 (dependant on experience)
