  • Partner with other product teams to understand their needs, build the core capabilities that unlock new growth channels for their user, while ensuring a quality experience for users.
  • Own the framework for personalization and experimentation that can be leveraged across the Photos app, with a point of view on what experience is served to which person and how order to maximize user value and business impact.
  • Define and analyze key metrics to measure the impact of the work on user acquisition, engagement, and business generation, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in product management and launching consumer-facing products.
  • Experience with products that have a measurable impact on user growth, engagement, or business generation.
  • Ability to think and design while maintaining focus on business outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, collaborative environment across different time zones.
