- Act as the subject matter authority for residential and light commercial unitary products and provide technical support.
- Create and maintain consultative sales relationships with new and existing clients, including providing product suggestions and expertise, conducting job-site visits, and collaborating with partners at all levels to promote Ferguson products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside sales, field technicians, and customers, always ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Provide technical product knowledge and product training, both in person and virtually, to customers and internal associates.
- Work with other branch personnel to ensure phenomenal customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond.
- Continually improving product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field.
- Act as liaison between contractors and manufacturers.
- Work with manufacturers to report potential issues from the field.

Ferguson is currently seeking to fill an immediate need for an HVAC Equipment Product Specialist. As a Product Specialist, you will provide technical product expertise to our outside sales and field partners for Trane, Day & Night and Ruud products. If you have prior experience with these Manufactures and products, outstanding communication skills, and love helping others solve problems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry-leading organization.
This is a territory-based role and requires extensive travel. An auto-allowance, fuel card, and expense account are provided. Candidates should be located in the Pomona, Bakersfield, or Gilroy area, as local market knowledge and accessibility are important for this role.
Responsibilities:

Pay Range:

$3,960.00 - $9,739.40-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
