Production Assistant

Eligibility:

• Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
• Must have good understanding of written and oral instructions.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of personnel.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
• Must have the ability to Follow-up effectively & be consistent.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks & work under production time constraints.
• Equipped with uncommon common sense
• Good Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills
• An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place

Desired Candidates Skill:

• Unflappable with the personal fortitude to push back when necessary.
• The courage and confidence to create an environment where people are comfortable speaking up
• Must have Strong ability to Organize tasks.
• Must be aware of Administration & Operations
• Anticipation: listen and be one step ahead of what’s going on
• Excellent communicator of accurate and efficient information.
• Learning by watching and asking: observe what’s happening, use your initiative and ask questions at the appropriate time
• Taking instruction: listen carefully, respond quickly to requests, stay calm under pressure and be helpful whenever you can
• Enthusiasm: have a passion for the medium and a love of the industry
