We are looking for you to join our team as a Production Controller 3 based out of San Diego, CA. This position will be onsite daily on 1st shift 9/80 schedule.

What You'll Get To Do:

• Tracks inventory levels and monitors inventory in WIP, On-Hold, MRB & In-Inspection locations

• Works with material planning to ensure materials are ordered in time to support Scheduling & Operations needs.

• Work closely with Shop Floor Supervisors for optimized WIP Flow.

• Issues scrapped and OBS material through MRP/ERP systems.

• Processes Parts Replacement Requisition

• Higher Level Work Order Releases

• Scrap Material Handler

• Delivers hardware to next step

• Problem solving and research

• Receive in Sustainment Modules and move into WIP for repairs

• Position requires 80% of time on shop floor coordinating and controlling product flow and 20% of time updating systems to ensure accurate records in systems.

• This position requires the ability to perform moderate strenuous physical and repetitious work to include: bending, stooping, kneeling, carrying, lifting up to 35 pounds and working overhead.

• Ideal candidate is a team player and works well at multitasking

Basic Qualifications for the Production Controller 3

• High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience in manufacturing or similar.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security Clearance

• Ability to obtain SAP access

• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications the Production Controller 3

• Secret Security Clearance

• Experienced with SAP/S4Hana

• Experience with Material Expediting
