Are you highly organised, detail-driven and love keeping things moving?

Lovisa is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Melbourne Support Centre. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure our products, pricing, purchase orders and production information are accurate, on time and meeting our high standards.

You’re the person who helps make sure what we order from our suppliers is produced correctly, priced correctly and delivered on time.

You’ll be someone who loves a spreadsheet, enjoys solving problems and isn’t afraid to chase things up when a deadline is approaching!

About the role:

Manage end-to-end production coordination, from raising purchase orders with suppliers through to warehouse delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time performance in line with KPIs and DIFOT targets
