Position Prerequisites

Location:   Beihai, Guangxi

Education:. College degree or above in Chemical, automation,  or a related field.

Experience:  

More than 3 years of production team management experience in enterprise manufacturing;

      Experience operating DCS or PLC;      

Skills :

• Familiarize with the hazardous properties of common chemicals.
• Familiar with chemical equipment and facilities
• Familiar with chemical instrumentation and DCS system.
• Familiar with work permit procedures.

Competency :

• Good at independent work and problem-solving, diligent and honest, with team spirit.
• Strong leadership, good communication skills and coordination drive.

Major Accountabilities

• Attend company/the group/government EHS-related training and keep training records.
• Strictly comply with factory safety, environmental protection, occupational health, and security regulations and the Employee Code.

• If a safety and environmental accident occur in plant, this position must participate in the emergency response according to the emergency plan.
• Management teams must comply with chemical handling regulations and other safety regulations, wear PPE correctly, and promptly stop and report any unsafety behaviors.
• Fully manage the EHS, quality, and efficiency performance of the assigned teams, and be accountable for relevant KPI.
• Reasonably arrange the work of team members and contractor employees to ensure production tasks are completed on time.
• Organize teams and contractors to complete production records for their shifts and carefully hand them over to the next shift.
• Manage production discipline within the team, implement company management regulations and workshop 5S management requirements.
• Regularly provide training to team, and conduct assessments.
• Guide operators to do routine maintenance (TPM) to ensure reliable operation.
• Complete routine inspections and promptly handle any abnormalities.
• During maintenance work, strictly implement work permit systems, such as LOTO procedures, hot work permits, and confined space entry permits
• Monitor operators to do equipment start/stop, material dosing, and related equipment control.
• When DCS operator is not on duty, production leader operate DCS to control production lines operation; Monitor parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate; Make judgments and take appropriate actions based on product process indicators.
• Record and analyze finished product indicators and process parameters (SPC) daily; handle and report abnormal process issues according to procedures.
• Follow the procedures for executing Interlock and alarms; do not bypass Interlock without permission.
• Guide on-site personnel to complete sampling, sample delivery, and analysis to ensure samples are representative.
• Actively cooperate with colleagues from EHS, maintenance, quality , logistic, and other departments.
