Job Summary

 

Black Desert Resort is looking for a Production Manager, Graphic Designer — a hands-on creative who brings the brand to life across every channel. This is a maker’s role for someone with a strong design background and a real eye for visual storytelling, who is equally comfortable building brand assets, shooting and editing photo and video, and turning content strategy into finished, on-brand work.

Reporting to the Manager, Content Strategy, this person works closely with the marketing team to ensure all content creation aligns with the resort’s content strategy and brand standards. They are the engine of creative production — capturing content on property, designing and resizing assets, and supporting department operators with day-to-day creative needs. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced team, brings a can-do attitude, and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent work on tight timelines.

 

Job Specifications

 

Onsite: Black Desert ResortShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-TimePay Range: $60,000.00 -  67,500.00/annually. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
