PRODUCTION SUPPORT
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Production Support professional responsible for supporting and continuously improving applications within the assigned scope, ensuring reliability, performance, and compliance with agreed service levels. The role involves providing functional and technical support, managing incidents and changes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain service excellence.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions.

• Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity.

• Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor application changes.

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support.

• Maintain procedures, documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting.

• Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Skills

• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.

• Strong Cloud technologies knowledge.

• Practical experience with Cross File Transfer solutions.

• Practical experience with MQSeries.

• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Coordination and communication skills.

• Team-oriented approach.

Your Main Qualifications

• Proven experience in Production Support environments.

• Experience managing incidents, problems, and change requests.

• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.

• Expert-level Cloud technologies skills.

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
