About this role

Designation: Program Associate - The Bridge Fellowship
Location: Nuh
Remuneration: 3 - 4 LPA

About Anubhuti- was founded by an enthusiastic and visionary Gandhi Fellow, CMGGA, Government Consultant, and a Legal expert who aims to strengthen the nation from its very core by ensuring quality education for all who are somehow not being incorporated into our mainstream education system. Anubhuti wants every child who is bound to live a nomadic life or under acute economic/social stress to be educated and stand on their own feet. About the Role - We are looking for a Program Associate to support and lead ground-level implementation of either The Bridge Fellowship or Civic Fellowship, based on organizational requirements and the candidate’s profile.

For The Bridge Fellowship, the Associate will work towards strengthening educational access and continuity for children by supporting Fellows, Community Managers, schools, families and government stakeholders.

For the Civic Fellowship, the Associate will support Fellows in engaging with communities, understanding local needs, strengthening community leadership and connecting communities with relevant government schemes, services and local institutions.
The role involves program management, team development, stakeholder engagement, data and documentation, and continuous improvement of program delivery.

A. What You'll Be Accountable For

1. Program Delivery & Team Development

  • Coordinate and monitor on-ground program implementation.
  • Support, coach and develop Fellows and Community Managers.
  • Conduct training, observations, reflection and debrief conversations.
  • Track program progress, data cycles and team performance.
  • Identify challenges and support timely solutions.
Bridge Fellowship: Support Fellows in strengthening educational access, school engagement, learning, Social-Emotional Learning and Life Skills.
Civic Fellowship: Support Fellows in community engagement, civic participation, constitutional values, local leadership and access to government schemes and services.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with schools, communities, PRIs, government officials and local institutions.
  • Support program continuity through effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop networks and partnerships for program strengthening and scaling.

3. Communication, Data & Documentation

  • Track and analyse program data to support decision-making.
  • Maintain program documentation, reports and records.
  • Present progress, insights and challenges to the Management Team.
  • Document field learnings, stories and outcomes.

4. Organisational Support

  • Contribute to organisational initiatives, impact studies and other cross-functional work.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to further Anubhuti's vision and mission.

C. Education & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Social Work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Rural Development or a relevant field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in the development sector, education, community development, youth development or a related field.
  • Experience working with children, youth, communities, schools, government stakeholders or grassroots organisations.
  • Experience leading or supporting teams, Fellows, interns, volunteers or community members.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and stakeholder engagement.
  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work across rural and semi-rural communities in Nuh.
