A day in the life
As a Programme Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs. You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient project plan.

Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll deal with complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With a responsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could also contribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the team
When you click on your screen, and know that your Amazon parcel will arrive with you on the next day, you’ve just use one of the world’s most sophisticated fulfillment networks. At AMZL Europe, we deliver millions of packages daily to customers at record speed and quality. The work that Launch and Expansion do is at the heart of that. Our relentless ambition is to make AMZL Europe more and more cost-effective and customer centric. We’re doing that by improving our existing building network, inventing new and creative ways of making last-mile delivery more efficient, and optimizing the development of our Under the Roof and On Road Infrastructure. Within the team we have a variety of roles. Typical examples include program managers responsible for selecting and launching new sites, planners working out how we solve challenges such as low emission zones and EV charging, strategy teams looking at how we get the most out of our existing buildings, and analysts using data to deliver insights into how we work and how we should be working.
