What you'll do
- Manage projects related to the deployment of engineering solutions in delivery stations of IT Amazon Logistics (AMZL) network.
- Own projects including greenfield launches, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) re-layouts, retrofits of automated solutions and other building improvements.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from equipment ordering, layout validation, vendor coordination and project plan finalisation to installation works management, vendor commissioning, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) completion and handover to internal customers
- Interact with different functions to provide trade off solutions that satisfy potential conflicts and deliver as per guidelines
- Validate stakeholder designs and customer requirements and provide feedback in a timely manner to resolve technical deficiencies and maintain schedules
- Identifies inefficiencies of processes or standards within the allocated country or at European level and proactively leads improvements with the relevant teams

You will optimize and simplify to remove bottlenecks and make sure the project is delivered on time, budget and quality as set up by program and finally celebrating in the successful launch of the project… Day One for all of us!

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.

In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
