We’re currently seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to join our team and help us drive technical solutions and intelligence delivery to our clients.  

 

What You’ll Do 

As an Project Engineer, you’ll tackle complex decision-making challenges and help mentor/guide the execution of technical engineering across the portfolio of projects and interacting with stakeholders to ensure alignment between engineering, analysis, and technical reporting.   

Your day-to-day will include: 

  • Defining/refining requirements, analyzing datasets, and building recommendations to inform key strategic decisions 

  • Developing and applying tools and processes to optimize technical delivery  

  • Creating detailed, insightful reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders 

  • Collaborating with engineers, scientists, and management to refine our technical approaches and outputs 

 

Essential Skills and Responsibilities 

  • Experience using professional concepts to shape programmatic strategies and solutions 

  • Ability to independently analyze and interpret complex systems  

  • Strong communication skills to present technical findings clearly and effectively 

  • Experience evaluating test results and identifying key system performance indicators 

  • Capacity to work through ambiguity, design experiments with limited data, and reduce concept uncertainty 

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomes 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 10+ years of experience with complex engineering programs 

  • 10+ years supporting the intelligence community 

  • 10+ years guiding and assisting senior military officers and executives 

  • Master’s degree in STEM field  

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
