Project Engineer/ Coordinator (Fire Protection/O&G/Marine) - West

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Manage project changes and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Prior experience as a project coordinator in the fire protection, marine, or oil & gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
