Your Role

Your Role as a Business Operations Intern – Project Management exposes you to all the Business and Operational aspects of a deep-tech startup. This is a broad role that drives Business Growth through pre-project engagement and research, project execution and post-project support.

You will work directly in touch with the Business and Operations Teams, reporting to the Project Engineer. In this role, you will also work with the management team.

Job Scope

• Assist the Project Manager in project preparation, execution, and close out, to ensure that project is delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Facilitate internal and external stakeholders’ coordination, assist in tracking project progress and status update, maintain good quality of documentation and reporting.
• Support the Operations Team by allocating resources required for project execution and manage external vendors.
• Opportunity to handle mini project (with PM supervision)
• Support and potentially lead initiatives to improve operational excellence, from ideation to rollout
• Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation, through pre and post-project support to our customers

Good to have:

• Background in engineering discipline (marine, industrial, civil, mechanical, or related fields to offshore).
• Currently enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or Business Operation, or related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com).
• Experience working on group projects, student clubs, or events in a coordinating role.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., timelines, risks, stakeholders).
• Interest in Maritime Robotics
