  • Analyze financial execution data, revenue, expenditures, and workload trends
  • Be able to create mock-ups of new processes for the customer’s servicemember relocation tool.
  • Be prepared to become a SME in the relocation system, running multiple shipment types with many different variables.
  • Have the ability to handle multiple client personality types and ensure their needs are being met.
  • Competency in capturing meeting minutes and having them client-ready within a short timeframe.
  • Ability to work with limited oversight and comfortable in ambiguity, as the client does not always state everything that is needed.
  • Aid client in charting new business capabilities (such as business process mapping with data emphasis).
  • Create product development briefs.
  • Support stand-ups/retrospectives/reviews with developers.
  • Act as the voice of the product owner when they are on leave and support with detailed meeting minutes.
  • Draft up potential product requirements from the point of view of the user.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
